HEAT is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming in-person meeting focused on XR-related projects funded under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. The event will take place on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, in Brussels, bringing together leading innovators, researchers, and industry experts to discuss the future of immersive technologies.
The event will begin with a morning session reserved for project representatives. This closed session will focus on the Virtual Worlds and Web 4.0 initiative, exploring current research trends, innovative developments, as well as future priorities.
In the afternoon, the session will open to the public, welcoming members of the VRAR Industrial Coalition. Projects will present their goals and key results, followed by discussions on research priorities, fostering synergies between initiatives, and exploring collaboration opportunities across the XR community.
The HEAT project will be represented by Dr. Maurizio Murroni, Coordinator and Project Manager of HEAT, who will share insights into the project’s progress, achievements, and future directions.
